I was curious to know what the differences are between the anime accurate Masterpiece Starscreams (IE: Hasbro vs. Takara 'import' version). Are they the same thing just in different packaging? We're talking even small variations, like weathering, molding, and plastic quality. Thanks.

The only difference I have found is the extra decepticon symbol on the nose of the jet.

Sorry the picture does not really help but the Takara version has the symbol the Walmart version was missing it.

    Nice display!

Yeah, I didn't think there was much difference, but I had heard issues about plastic quality, though that may have been in the first Takara release vs. the anime-accurate one.

Takara version can transform itself, fly, and shoot real null beams. All the beams do is itch a little though.

Oh, and I think the weathering on the wings and thrusters are lighter also.
