    Hi All,

I am just getting into the comic series, and I wanted to know, in the IDW timeline, where does Roadbuster get placed? He doesn't seem to be with the Wreckers? Or is he? The wiki is a bit confusing, in that he seems to operate a lot with the Wreckers thru-out IDW timelines, but.. aren't in last stand. Can anyone clarify for me where does RB fit in?

There's a comment in the series about "The Roadbuster Incident". The writers alone know what that means, but it seems clear to me that it's a clue that he was taken off the team for some reason or other.

He was on Earth at the time (seen as part of Bumblebee's group). He is a member of the Wreckers and is shown to have been there during the Pova incident.

It doesn't make sense, being such an iconic character of the Wreckers, that he would be away in the "Last STand".

So if I am understanding you guys,

    1. He IS part of IDW team of Wreckers
    2. He was busy during LSOTW on Earth

    Is that .... correct?

He was in Stormbringer along with the rest of the Wreckers we don't see in LSotW.

I wouldn't say "busy" so much as possibly kicked off the team, but that's the gist of it.

Yeah, I read up on that, Process. It wasn't too clear for me because they constantly mentioned "Roadbuster and the Wreckers", etc

edit:: lol Roadbuster affair >.>.... did he steal Arcee from Springer or something?

It's LSOTW's equivalent of Calvin and Hobbes' 'Noodle Incident'.

I though it was just that the LSotW writters being the only ones that actually bother to read the other TF comics that IDW put out relised he was on earth and there for couldn't be in two places at once so left him off the team.

The plot demanded a smaller team with certain characters, so no room for Roadbuster.

Could it have anything to do with the fact that his design is a Mugen calibur clone? I have no idea if there is any real conflict with its use.

    Cool toy though

Probably not at all, since he's still featured in other works, he just wasn't in LSOTW since he didn't fit in the story.

LSTOW is pretty much about a new age of wreckers being introduced and trying to find out their identity as warriors. Roadbuster may have been too much of a seasoned vet who isn't really a vocal leader to fit in well with this type of story.

No Roadbuster was actually shown to be on earth in the back ground at around the time LSotW was set, I'm not sure if it was the on going, the coda or the bumblebee mini but he was there.
