Question about japanese figures!

    So i am waiting for my MP 09 to arrive and i have had one real burning question thats more of a general question not specific to this figure but to any figure from japan and that is about the instructions. Are the instructions for figures from japan easy to use? Are they well illustrated or is there a lot of text? Photos or line drawings? Any info would be appreciated!

    idk; i never use the instructions for any figures so far. but i assume they will be easy to understand, the only parts i have used the instructions for has been for the sticker application, which seems to be easy to tell.

    i mean the japanese have the picture step by step the same as we do, the writing will be in japanese, but the pictures should be self explanatory :)

    Ya, I've never had a problem figuring out previous MPs with the japanese instructions. Sure I cant read the text but the pictures show you want you need to do pretty clearly (usually).

    It's like Legos- all the important stuff is pictures so you're fine.

    I agree. I have quite a few Japanese versions of things and I've never had a tougher time with them than with the american directions (which have been known to leave out or poorly explain steps).

    You'll be fine. You'll be better than fine, you'll have the chosen one!

    Thanks again for the helpful info! Those scans of megatron are simple to follow so i am no longer worried about my first japanese figure :D

    Yeah, the instructions are identical to Hasbro releases. Just the text is different, being in Japanese.

    Sometimes the Takara instructions are clearer because of the illustrations.
