Does he seems to have the same tacky and sticky paint that universe Prowl had?
My prowl was alright until I put it in storage for about a year, when I took him out his paint was very very sticky; I don't think it had anything to do with the storage since it was always indoors at room temperature. Maybe I just didn't notice before I put him in storage.
But my point is, do you guys think that Jazz has that kind of pant feeling on his roof, just like Prowl did?, should I be careful when touching his clear/painted roof to avoid damaging the paint?; or was Prowl just bad QC?
    Thanks guys.

No. Jazz is great. I know the paint you're talking about. Jazz does not have the same problem as Prowl.

As far as I know, they fixed that problem a long time ago. During some of the later productions of the inflicted figures, even.

Mine's perfectly fine. The paint is solid and doesn't feel like the kind of paint that would peel off over time.

My Blurr has some paint that felt sticky right out of the package but its was only after i got him out and he is fine otherwise. So i do not think Blurr is a worry.

It wasn't even EVERY toy in the initial run that had the problem with the paint like everyone assumes. My Prowl has been just fine.

No issues with my Jazz or Blurr... in fact I never had any "sticky paint" issues with Prowl, Bluestreak or Smokescreen either...

No issues with my Jazz or Blurr. Though it does seem that the white paint on the roof and hood of Blurr would come off over time, it won't.

everytime i look at my blurr i get the same feeling, cause the paint seems to hold the same texture as the white on prowl, but blurr has not been sticky, and like mentioned, has pretty solid paint, i might cringe if he fell of the shelf but i would bet the paint would be fine....

why is it that as soon as someone poses a question about something white and sticky not working the way it should every guy on the forum feels the need to point out that there is nothing wrong with his prized possession?

    (pun intended)
