Question about Galaxy Force region free DVDs.

    I was just curious if the entire series has been released on region free format yet. I've found parts 1 & 2 but not 3 & 4. Anybody have any idea?

    are you aware that those DVDs are pirated, and have really bad english subtitles?

    Actually, I have Galaxy Force parts 1&2. The quality is excellent, and the subtitles if not totally accurate are downright funny in places, and you easily follow the story. Menu titles have English, and chapter selection is numeric with video clips for identification. I'll gladly buy 3&4 when released. There are even some scenes that did not appear in CN's Cybertron. If these are Pirate DVDs, Takara has no one but themselves to blame as I would have happily paid for an "official" set. The Region Zero feature is a big plus, even though I have a multi-region DVD player. If you like Galaxy Force, you won't be sorry getting these DVDs.

    Just download TV-Nihon's subs. THey are real subs AND FREE.

    Generally, region free DVD sets are poor quality, both in terms of the subs and in terms of the video encoding. These sound like they're better than some, but that doesn't change their off-brand nature.
