    Question about g1 figures worth

I was thinking about all the transformers i had as a kid and wondered what some would be worth if still in box?

    Just a short list
    Optimus Prime
    Megatron
    Shockwave
    Galvatron
    Metroplex

No telling how much money I wasted away playing with them. D'oh!!

Don't even bother. And the fun I had with my brother as I played with my transformers was priceless. If I knew they were going to be worth as they are worth now, I would have just been more carefull not to worn them down as I have. I would have played with them either case.

It's funny, I sometimes think about how much money I would have saved had I not had to buy all the ones I had damaged or destroyed when I was a little kid. All those toys I had when I was little are precious to me, selling them would never be something I'd consider.

And besides, there is no sense in getting down on yourself for things you did when you were little. Razorclaw has the right attitude, you enjoyed them when you were a child, and hopefully they brought you some good memories.

dude, if I hadn't played the hell out of those toys when I was a kid, I wouldn't even WANT them as an adult now. If I had kept them sealed, they would be meaningless to me

my parents didnt have much cash, so i only got stuff like carded guys for birthdays. but i learned how to pull kup, tracks, smokescreen, venom, and blurr out of their packages in moments without a fuss. so, if i had kept them in package, i wouldn't have had em. :p

god bless the apathetic employees of '80s Sears!

but ive given enough money back to Hasbro and Sears that i think we're cool.
