So I ordered something I CANNOT wait for, and I'd like some information on BigBadToyStore so I can guess how fast it'll come, because of course, their site has to make it as hard as possible to find information you want (Except for the "Buy now" button of course!), or I'm just bad at finding that stuff.
Anyway, where is BBTS located, and how fast is their shipping usually?

They are located in Wisconsin and they ship pretty fast, of course shipping speed is a YMMV and depends on your location.

 

You'll get a tracking number once shipped thru UPS. I think they are in Wisconsin. To california usually 4- 5 days.

 

I'll be honest they've got great Customer Service and reasonable prices, but TFSource is where I go now for all of my TFs. For me, living in AZ, TFSource's shipping is always quicker because BBTS defaults to UPS, which never does Saturday deliveries. Plus, TFSource has great customer service and FREE SHIPPING!!

YES! I'm in California, and ordered my FOC toys 2 days ago, and I found out they shipped on the 3rd.

Free shipping is AWESOME, but I ordered it about 3 days ago, so it should be here soon.

 

Since when?? I ordered from them recently and certainly paid a s/h fee. Perhaps you mean FREE SHIPPING once you've exceeded $150 in purchases?

 

Yeah , they have free shipping for orders over $150.00. They just got done charging me $10 to ship my AM Breakdown , as opposed to BBTS where they would have charged me $7.99.

 

1. Free shipping only after $150
2. UPS does have some deliveries on saturday,
mostly priority items & special cases.
They will do sat in dec for xmas crunch
While they don't usually deliver on sat, ups will transport over weekend.
If your item gets to ups on friday, the truck will drive all weekend.
For me it's wisconsin to illinois, then straight through, non-stop to PA.

 

BBTS is the way to go man. They never disappoint. I had a ton of stuff set up in a POL (Pile of Loot, great service by the way) a week before Christmas, the last item I was waiting for finally came in and I got all my stuff a day or two before Christmas, defintiely made my holiday season. If that isn't a testament to their service, I don't know what is.

 

BBTS imo. TFsource may give free shipping after you drop 150, but BBTS just seems to hold the bar for Customer Service.

I just got a decent sized pile of loot in on tuesday, one figure didn't make it in the box. So I e-mailed them that day, told them that figure was missing. No questions asked and I get a response basically saying, "We're sorry for the inconvenience, we have shipped the figure to you."

Now the missing figure is on the way. Simple error with a quick and even fix. BBTS is for me all the way. They can be expensive at times but they are beyond reliable.

 

I love BBTS, they ship quick and for me in Wisconsin, it ships a day or two, no more than that, not to mention I've had only good experiences with their customer service.

I usually buy from them but I've gone to TFsource here and there, but BBTS will get my business 9 times out of 10

Only within the US. And their fabled points system don't work if you're not in the US.
