I recently ordered a shadow commander trailer from BBTS. They listed it as substandard grade...which means the box might be messed up. I don't care about boxes at all...so I have no problem with that. I keep looking at my order details and I have this "This order is paid and waiting to enter the warehouse " Does that mean the item they claimed to have in stock is in fact not in stock, and they are trying to fill the order. They advertised the delivery time as 3-7 business days for delivery. I placed the order on wednesday the 19th. I have seen the same status since placing the order. Am I just jumping the gun and not being patient enough? Or is BBTS going to end up telling me "Sorry we can't fill your order"? Anyone with some experience ordering from them have any imput?
If it is waiting to enter the warehouse then it is in stock, just be patient. After they charge you, your item will have to be taken from the warehouse, packed then send in for shipping.
i've ordered and had a similar message. i'm thinking it's still packed somewhere and they just have to find that item to ship.
While this thread is still here, to avoid making a new thread: What is the shipping price at BBTS??? (i live on the east cost if that helps)
Don't worry about it, BBTS is awesome. As mentioned above, it's just waiting to be pulled from the warehouse to be shipped for you.
Shipping varies and is calculated at the checkout based upon the weight of the item and your location. If you use "pile-o-loot", they will keep stocking up on stuff and ship it all when you say to and you save a ton on shipping.
Truth be told, the G3 trailer was recently in stock. More than likely everyone is cashing in their pile of loot because the G3 Trailer, Ariel Appendage, and DIA commander came out recently together. Give it some time
my viewpoint is that you have payed and then is waiting to be filled. as in its like waiting in line. Once the order proceeds to the warehouse they will obtain you item and pack it. Its like a a busy restaurant, you order, some other orders that were done before you are made and the eventually yours gets filled. If i don't make to much sense i'm tired and am not that great at explaining things...
Until you go to your account and click "ship my loot". I don't know if there is a limit or not, but I've got a pretty big pile right now I need to ship.
They say it's for as long as you want, but I read a different thread once where someone found something that said they'll hold it for 180 days. But it was unknown if that meant from the day the first item was added, or the last...
That's about what I figured. I was just worried that after kicking myself over and over to finally decide to drop the money on this thing, I was going to get a "sorry we can't help you, we forgot to update our website" Thanks for the imput. Shipping on this was $8.29 if that helps.
yup the people who posted be fore me have it right BBTS is awesome you will have no worries with them and the pack so well its nearly over kill
It usually takes 2 business days at most for that to process. I've never had it take longer. If you don't see any change in status by mid-week of this week, i'd contact them about it. I've held stuff in my POL for months.
About 2-3 times as much as it should be. You might find dome good deals on figure prices, but then shipping kills it. If you can find it elsewhere, you're probably in better shape. When I first heard about the HoS Prime, I wrote to BBTS to see if they were going to stock it simply due to Robot Kingdom's shipping costs. (they are)
So overall, for something like EZ legends devastator and Buster Optimus,it'd be better off going with BBTS's slightly higher prices? (does bbts have superion add on? i cant find it, lol)
At first glace, I'd say yes. You can go ahead and try it though, put the items you want in your shopping cart and start the check-out process, then you elect the shipping options. I've always felt that they aren't worth it.
