Does anyone know or can anyone tell me when does BBTS restock their items? I have a few TFs i want to purchase and really this is my first time using BBTS. So if anyone can help me, i would very much appreciate it.

Hi - I've used BBTS for years - ever since they started. I've never had a problem with them at all. If you have questions just email them at the link on their site or [email protected]

They've always replied in a day or two when I've had questions - hope that helps!

    Ebay:
I don't believe there's a designated schedule of when new items arrive or old items are restocked. Probably the best course would be to email them directly about the availability of a certain product, or keep checking the site regularly. Not all of the Transformer updates make it into the BBTS email newsletter, so it's a good ifdea to go exploring on your own.

Personally, I keep this as a bookmark, and refer to it every couple of days:

Yeah I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled I am with their customer service.

A while ago I bought a Gandalf Stormcrow figure from Lord of the Rings from them and his leg broke right when I took him out of the package. I e-mailed them and they sent me a new one right away at no cost.

And they've always answered any questions promptly. (except over weekends, which is of course understandable)

BBTS is awesome, despite sometimes scalping figures as a "service" to others.

I've been happy with BBTS service too. But I did miss their recent restock on Titan UM, he's sold out again I think. Just email them or bookmark the site and keep checking back every week or so, that's what I do.
