Ok, so I got the email on 3/1, that my preorder from BBTS had come in, but, I won't be able to pay it until Thursday night, 3/10.

My preorders are sitting in my pile of loot, but, I'm wondering how long do I have to pay this until it just cancels? Am I safe waiting until Thursday?

I've emailed their customer support, but any help would be appreciated in knowing.

I believe they charge it to the card that they have on file when they add it to the pol. So you should have already been charged.

You should contact them. I didn't realize my card was expired and they kept my order for five days.

Your pre-order has already been billed to your credit/debit card. You have till 3/10 to cancel it. But there is a catch. When you cancel, you are only issued store credit. There are certain circumstances that they will refund you. But you will have to email them on that.

Yea, my card was attempted to have been charged, but I didn't have the money on there to cover it, so they listed as declined. I put my "spare cash" card on file, and I pretty much only put money on that one when I have stuff I'm looking forward to buying or just wanna' do some online shopping in general. So, that's why I'm wondering just how long I have.

I have emailed customer support though to see if I can have until Friday to pay it.

i thought that they process it automatically, then if you have the cash- it's charged and ya don't, well, somebody else with cash gets a shot at your preorder item.

this is a new one for me. i'd say count your blessings and get the money to BBTS asap before you lose your items.

I'm aware of the definition. It was sarcasm. Meaning that I don't see why they'd hold items for someone whose payment failed.

Sarcasm online usually has something indicating a joke, like a smiley, and normally uses something that would be relevant to the situation.

Layaway = Somthing being held while partial payments are made until the full balance of said item(s) are paid off.

So, no, that doesn't come off sarcastic, because it makes no sense in the given situation. You just came off as someone who doesn't know the meaning of layaway because you used it in a mannder that made absolutely no sense... and, odds are, if you did, you wouldn't've used said term at all.

... it's ok. It's a big world with lotsa' words out there. We can't know em all. ;)
^^That's an example of sarcasm if you need a model to use for future reference.

Anyways, contacted BBTS, and they got back to me: It's all good.

Bill - A statement for services or goods given with a due date to give time to paty accordingly.

BBTS randomly charging a card whenever they want is not a bill.

... once again, big world out there man. Maybe you should take a break from being "sassy" online to look at a dictionary for 5 minutes a day.
(^^Not sarcasm... you using wrong wording to try to be snappy in every post is fail)

I'm not mad. Shooting down e-trolls is a nice, laughable break from being at work. :p

... but yea, people seem to ue the anonymity of a computer to say some of the most stupid and weird things ever. It's ridiculous.

BBTS does not randomly charge your card whenever they want.

    Pile of Loot turned 'On'
    - Combine and Hold orders & preorders in our virtual storage bin to save money!
    - Add In-Stock items to your recently arrived Preorders and ship it all together.
    - We'll ship your Pile of Loot when you press the 'Ship My Loot Now!' Button
    - Preorder items are not charged until items arrive to us.
    - Non-preorder items will be charged to your card as they are added to the P.o.L.
    - Choose 'On' if you sometimes want to hold or combine orders.

It is good to know that they hold product though.
