Since the Alternators are back on the shelves in stores has anybody found Mirage?
WHAT?! Alternators are back on the shelves??!!!! Since when?
Aren't they? They are re-leasing Skids, Sunstreaker and other Alternators.
Where did you hear/see this? Did I miss some news?
I went to a local Wal-Mart store and saw it on the shelves.
Ah, my guess would be that was some stock they still had when the movie toys came out and now that they have more shelf space, they've put them back out.
Dang. I really wish they'd bring back that line.
Yeah it's probably old stock you found.
Yeah not too much to get excited about. What you saw plus Ricochet and whatever the orange jeep is named are all that Walmart had been putting out. Of course last I heard that was a few months ago, so a recent sighting is a bit surprising. You won't be finding Mirage, among other more desirable Alts.
they might just be left overs. one walmart here still has some ricochet, rollbar, ravage and rumble, surprisingly, no mp screamer, but tons of primus and dvd prime.
Yep, but old Alternators I see are getting rarer. I once saw about 7 different ones right after the last releases, but all I see now is the Scion Alternator....what his name again? It also could be stuff that was put on the shelves during the Movie drought, but I never saw that unfortunately.
BBTS says 'supply of Mirages found'. Up for preorder. Pricey.
they get special orders from time to time. Remember Battle Unicorn? In any case. I found 1 alternator at walmart today. It was reduced so it was definately old stock. My suggestion is if you see ANY alternators especially ones that are reduced buy them. They are great for kitbashing and an awsome line. Besides if you find any and don't want them send them my way.
I think they got those from Canada. I know at least a few guys probably bought like 30-40 Mirages by camping at a local Wal-Mart all day. Maybe they sold them to Joel.
This was during the $10 Alternators sale hiatus.
