That's actually a possiblity! But I thought the creators said they didn't want to do another mini-series after the stress it gave them. Did they suddenly changed their minds or what?!?

Doubtful. The most we'll probably get with a season premiere is a two-parter.

A two parter?! That's even more short than last year's premere! I don't understand this at all! If it's not going to premere THIS month why didn't Hasbro tell us this in the first place?!?!?!?!:mad

I'm chilled now sorry!  But still why the even longer wait?! We've already had to wait for the last bunch of episodes for two months. And to find out the actual season 2 premere will not happen until the end of January 2012? That's a major dissapointment if anything!:(

a two-parter that continues the "One shall fall/One shall rise" story arc wouldn't be so bad

that would give them 24 episodes for the season 2 proper (assuming they decide to keep the 26 episode format)

I guess.. I still wished we would have been told this a lot sooner! We still would have to wait longer true but at least we'll know what to expect. Though if they are going to have a two parter on the 28th concluding the One shall fall/rise story how are they going to crame it in without it looking rushed?

End of January is perfectly acceptable. At least they've told us instead of keeping us in the dark for 2 1/2 months. Just chill out and be patient.

True but I still wished they've put the actual release date sooner than having us beleive it was going to premere around the 28th of November.::(

Guys, I really doubt we're getting another miniseries starting the 28th because:

    A. The last one almost killed the show's crew and they have no interest in doing another.

    B. No new episodes are scheduled for that day. So new two-parter or something, either. I'm thinking early 2012 means early 2012.

As disappointed as I am, It kinda makes sense cuz the animators are working extremely hard on a CG show that would normally take at least a year and a half to two years to produce. For the amount of time these guys get, this is the best CG TV show I've ever seen. At least I'll have my Prime toys in December until Season 2 airs. :)
Besides two months go by really fast for me with school and everything.

Hasbro thought it could manage that date at the time. They didn't do it just to come out of nowhere and say "we lied trololololo."

Look at the positive side, it potentially means less mid-season breaks.

Well, I guess this means we get to wait until the Happy New Year's are over and folks have settled down after all the holidays! :(

Oh well, I'se a sad puppy, but look at this way: If they had started the new season now, they would have taken a long holiday break anyway...so might as well save our popcorn and sodas for 2012! :popcorn

BTW, just checked and this is NOT on the front page...this is NEWS!!

I hope they at least fix the mid season breaks! It's just the suspense of what'll happen to Team Prime without Optimus and the upcoming death of a major character that can be your favourite is getting to me and if they honestly do give us a hint somehow of what's to come next that'll be great!

We'll, with The holidays between now and when it'll hopefully release, it'll go fast I think.
