YouTube - PX-02 Ninja Vs Kingbat
The three 'clips' look like they may just be meant as landing gear for the jet-mode.
Good review. They do look like very well made and fun figures, but as much as I'd like them I still find the price off-putting.
Good call. Probably so. I was just over thinking it i guess
I was waiting so much for a Kingbat review and I'm pretty satisfied, thanks very much man
I picked this set up and love it, the trident is awesomely huge. I did notice the sword has the same issue in henkei Megatrons hand where the handle doesn't slide through hole. Great two-pack
hmmm. may get this for the right price
In response to the review i believe the clips on king bat work with the PE02 demolitions backpack add on that holds the biggun
i got my set three days ago or so and its totally worth the price if ya can afford it...plastic a little fragile so handle w/care but all in all a good buy...
FYI, the instructions show it, but don't actually tell you. You can store the swords in the undersides of the piledrivers/cannons for Rosanna.
Personally, I like reversing the jet mode and treating it as the Ratbat mode, since the "official" Ratbat mode looks like crap.
got mine today as well and love it. i had to find some use for him with some soundwave. after going through alot of them i found him best with galaxy force soundblaster.
the post that unfolds can go through the right hand the the forearm jet kibble so that kingbat will rest on, it fits perfect which is crazy so its almost like an arm gun. also with a simple flip up and extend its an axe/sword/ melee weapon...
also can fit on the shoulder peg like a mounted turret...
Hey any way it can be used for Straxus pick axe of doom?
What do you mean "used for"?
Im going to display mine like this
Loving the axe and gun forms deceptigtar
Ooh - Axe! I hadn't tried that!
Mine has an issue in trident mold where the staff actually connects to the trident at an angle. I think it's caused by a bit of flashing on the bottom of the main figure so that the piece that you fold down from his back can't lie flush with the bottom. Looks like it's only on one side, too - so probably a QC error, and easily-fixed.
Overall, I'm loving Kingbat. Skipped Ninja - waiting for the Eject/Rewind versions!
