Puss in Boots anyone?
YouTube - Official 'Puss In Boots' Trailer
*Rolls up newspaper* No, bad! Bad Dreamworks. No!...Bad!
And yet, so right...
Wow...they really couldn't just let it die after Shrek 4 could they? Yeah, technically not a sequel, but a spin-off is just as bad, if not worse...
Oh Shrek, your udders just won't run out, will they?
I have one question about the film:
Money, money, money.
well Puss in boots was being made after shrek 2 was released
i just saw the movie and will say this, even if you guys hated Shrek 3 and 4 (i loved them), this Movie is GREAT.
agreed, I can't stand any of the Shrek movies but loved this
Well, I read this thread, went to watch the show and I enjoyed it tremendously! Better than the last few Shrek movies!
I saw Puss in Boots with the kids last month.
Loved every minute of it.
I just saw this earlier today, I was surprised at how much I liked it. Jack and Jill were the only annoying parts, otherwise the main story and relationships were done extremely well.
I liked it better than probably all of the Shrek movies.
I loved that Cat that kept going "Ohhhhh" in that "oh no you didn't way"
Just came back from seeing it. I liked it, but at the same time it did kinda feel like a DVD movie that had been pushed up to the cinema.
Yeah, the relationship aspects were fleshed out pretty well. That Humpty character was so devious and lovable at the same time!
Oh? I didn't get that impression. Because comparing to the last 2 Shrek movies this was so much better! But then again, the quality of direct to DVDs movies have improved alot in recent years.
On a side note , does anyone know if Humpty appears in the Shrek movie? I could have sworn there was already such a character.
Fun Fact, Puss in Boots was originally meant to be a DVD movie, but it was decided to be a cinemas movie
Aside from Humpty "tomb" in Shrek 4-D and his apperance from the Games, i dunno if he appears on the movies
To be honest, I felt the same about the last Shrek film too. Shrek 3 was just awful though. But yes, Puss was better than them both.
Ah, well that would explain it
I enjoyed it. Hell of alot better than 3. I would put it on the same fence as forever after, which I also liked but doesn't hold a candle to 2.
