You know it's gotta be awesome. Hollywood only releases their best action movies in February.

It does look a little like Firestarter/Scanners mixed with a healthy dose of X-Men but I'll probably watch it, not necessarily in theaters.

ugh, besides the obvious Jumper comparisons watching this movie means you have to put up with Dakota Fanning the whole movie...UGH

I'm not seeing the relations to Jumper at all.

lol this is like Heroes and Jumper rolled up into one. It looks like a fun rent. Hopefully it won't be as bad as Jumper.

Looks like a dumb sci-fi action flick. Good for some decent eye candy and brainless plot. I saw Jumper for the same reason, so I'm game for this. It's the kind of movie that's perfect if you wait a week or two after release so you get a near-empty theater to just veg and take in a silly flick.

Went to see this my family a couple hours ago and it was fantastic! Not at all how I was expecting it to be. Its overall appearance reminded me of UltraViolet (given that its filmed in Hong Kong, I think), but outside of that, its got great performances from all the cast (particularly from Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning), a nice use and explination of their powers and plenty of twists that kept me mildly confused until the very end. Not to mention something of a storyline to fallback on, narrated by Fanning during the credits. Cliff Curtis and Ming Na even make appearances, which made me happy :D .

In all honestly, its set up reminded me of what I thought HEROES would've been like after the first season (what it should've been like). Not a Jumper or UltraViolet film in any shape of manner. Anyways, Director Paul McGuigan really delivered a fun and compelling sci-fi/action flick; If you liked Lucky Number Slevin, you'll probably enjoy this. 5 out of 5.
