Been debating them to help balance out the cons section of the shelf.

    So who got them
Did you feel they added to your shelf in a positive way

    Or

Did it just clutter it up with more of the same seeker mold

    What r your thoughts

If you need to add cons, you should get some HFTD toys, like Terradive, Axor and Hailstorm.

How about Fracture, Overkill, Drag Strip, Darkwind and Dropshot? As you can see, my preference is for a mix of body molds and decoes both.

I've got the purple air warrior, both Sunstorms, the three Rainmakers and the chrome CHMS seekers. Love 'em. The seams are a little rough and the paint isn't perfect but they're better than a standard KO.

They're decent. Just recently expanded to some new shelves and already have run into space problems - at least for any semblance of an uncrowded display

I have a 72" floating shelf that has my classics/ henkei collection, with the factions opposing each other, and even with the pe stuff and ml soundwave it's still kinda barren of decipticon legions. So I was thinking these guys could help me out

Who is on your Decepticon side now, and how many more do you want? Generic seekers were visually boring in G1 and they're visually boring now. We can recommend better.

I mostly agree with Foster. Officially, you can buy 7 Seekers from Hasbro who are actual characters. That's a pretty nicely sized group of the same mold as is, do you really need to add troop builders to it? I'm all for more characters whenever possible, and while it's true that Hasbro releases more Autobots than Decepticons, you can still put together an impressive force of 'Cons.

Not that there's anything wrong with troop building generics... Megatron's gotta have some expendables around... so I've got Scourge with some Sweeps, I'll probably buy 3 Reflectors when Hasbro releases their Perceptor redeco (amusingly, he was one of the first Generations redecos we were told about at Botcon 10 and he still hasnt been released while others we didnt expect have). Maybe buy 3 Crankcases from DOTM. But as I said before, I already -have- 7 Seekers (and Sunstorm), troops are already thoroughly built.

I have the purple clones....they're not bad. At one point I displayed it side by side with a henkei skywarp. Its like the purple clone was an inverted version of skywarp :D

I have two currently and may grab one more for the display. I'll probably hold off on anymore, since kotoys is planning teal colored seekers next.

I passed on the purple guys - only because then I'd need the yellow one, and the green one, and the chrome ones, etc etc.

If you're looking to supplement your deceps, you could always just go BIGGER - ( cough cough not-devastator cough cough )

^ i see where this is going haha ha

well i am actually working on a custom devastator that is not the typical formula and each is constructicon is resembles their g1 self as opposed to the rid build team, and devastator will more resemble what he looked like from IDW's all hail megatron.

not knocking the tfclub devy, just something about it seems off to me.

thanks for all of the help guys

I'll probably display the not-Constructicons in individual robot modes to add bodies. That's six warriors, which to me looks more like an army than one super warrior.

I plan on buying 3 sets of not-Constructicons so that I can display them in every possible mode side-by-side. And since I'm already lying, I plan on painting one set orange and one set yellow.
