Some of us I know like to do some pumpkin carving every year so I figured we can have a pumpkin show-off thread. I know D_C has already got his start for the year. I have my pumpkins purchased but haven't done anything with them yet (Friday is the big carving day) and I know there were images posted recently of plenty of pumpkin art from year's past.

So lets see them. Show us what you've done this year, or if you haven't done any work yet this year, show us whats in your pumkin-folio. I'll start off with last year's pumpkins:

When I get home I will post up my pumpkin haul for this year. Me and my girlfriend bought about 8 pumpkins total, so Friday will be a busy carving day!

WHEEEE! I actually just bought my first EVER pumpkin today! :D

Actually, pumpkins haven't been available here at all until a couple of years ago, since we don't really do the whole Halloween thing and all.

So, will be carving my first pumpkin over the next couple of days and hope to proudly display it at the party on saturday! :D  (pics will follow!)
I have to admit, I was not expecting people to get overly thrilled or excited about a 'Halloween' party, but the response so far has been phenomenal and people are really getting into it! :)
I bought some decorations today and will pick up the dry ice on friday...this is gonna be awesome! :lol

I didn't say I made them. They just happen to show up in my e-mail every Halloween with amazing regularity, and I thought those were the funniest and deserved posting.

LOL, that's what my wife said, that the pumpkins looked like cartoons of who made them.

Working on mine right now, taking a break and then going to go to bed. I will finish tomorrow before our party which is when I will share what I have by then. But to show you a little preview...ok not much of one, but...

This is where all of our pumpkins came from. We went out into the patch and picked most of them ourselves.

And this is what we are working with. Two of them are done now (four if you count the smallest ones which are just drawn on, theres another small one out of picture hiding in the back) That leaves four more to go...it's going to be exhausting.
