So I wanna fix ransack by flipping his rear tyres round the right way.

    But those pins are nuisance.

Any ideas on safe easy ways to pop them out?

I just used a real small screwdriver to push them out, the pins didn't wanna move at first, but they came out and went back in easily.

I tried the hammer/nail thing to pop them out but they were pretty stuck, so I held the part in boiling water for about 10-15 seconds to loosen it up. Then I just popped it in a vice and tapped it out.

I did it the hard way, I took him apart, then used a hammer and pin nail to slowly knock them out. I'd not recommend that.

Boiling water trick, but you can leave it in for more than 30 seconds if you want, to really soften the plastic.

take out the leg. use a towel surface and something for leverage. take a nail and mallet. hammer away. make sure you hit on the ungrooved/smooth end.

hes just a scout. if u screw up, just get another one.

I've been trying to do this forever. It just seems too stuck in there. I will try some of the suggestions mentioned, though.
