psp produo question

    just wondering if the 8 gb pro duo memory stick will for for the psp. and about how many 20 minute avi's it would hold. my 1gb will only hold about three eps of animated from bittorrent. i want a new stick but dont know what i need

    The PSP'll read an 8gig stick, I just got one for Christmas and its awesome having all that space to work with. As for how many 20 minute vids... can't help ya there.

    Should be able to hold the whole 2 seasons, both add up to about 4-5Gb so converted they should take half of the stick.

    I got a 4 GB and it can hold about 19-20 1/2hr episodes of shows. Depends on the file size and such..

    It won't but PspVideo9(not sure if exact name, at work and its on my home computer) can convert the videos to a compatable format along with widescreen from fullscreen and such.

    I use a 3gp converter. Works fine...

    Oh no doubt. I just wanted to warn that you can't just plop an AVI down in the card and expect it to work. YOu have to convert it.

    im converting them with media mananager.
    picked up the 8 gb stick. works great
