I'm planning on getting a PS3 within the next couple of days. Thing is, I really, really want a backwards compatible model and I've spotted a few used ones for sale locally, mostly 20 and 60gb models. From what I've read, the old 20gb and 60gb models have the hardware Emotion engine, while the 80gb MGS4-bundled version has software emulation, which apparently has its share of limitations, or so I've read. I was thinking of getting either an old 20 or 60gb model and eventually swap the HD for a bigger one. Besides Hardware emulation and the lack of Wifi/card slot on the 20Gb version, is there anything else I should be aware of? Also, is the Blu-ray player good enough to use as my primary/only Blu-ray player? Otherwise, is there a reason why I should NOT get one of these older models? I just don't want to keep the old PS2 around due to space limitations. If a PS3 goes in, the PS2 has to get out.
