I found this picture on NISSAN's Facebook page.
Snazzy. Looks very classics.
Yup, that's a 350Z NISMO highway patrol Car.
They really drive those things on the streets out there?
Wow... a 1/1 scale Binaltech.
Isn't there something about a law in Japan where if you're caught racing the police get to keep your car and convert it into a police car?
Is there any truth to that?
Yeah. Think about what countries used for Police vehicles. They use Domestic sports cars, or Domestic vehicles with sports car engines (like the old Chevy Caprices with Corvette engines).
Nissan Police vehicles in Japan. Why would that sound odd? That's standard.
Towel Stat!!! I'm drooling here!!!
I want a new classics prowl!
now, that's a cop car.....
From what I hear, the fancy sports cars are mainly for promotional purposes, hence most photos of them being from events where cops are just standing around next to signage or whatever. Just what I've been told, though, I don't have first-hand knowledge.
I might TRY to get pulled over for a better look...
oh and here's micromaster prowl
Definitely a real-life Classics and Alternators/Binaltech Prowl right there.
that is a lot of speed to catch people on bikes
Honda NSX = sexy!
Looks like a NSX....
Our Police department has a car like that. They just show it at car shows and such. I cannot recall the model, but it looked pretty sweet.
BTW, Nismo's look sick.
Awesome, Infiltration Prowl.
Shame that's not the set of TF3.
I've always driven Nissans. Even my favourite G1 Autobots happened to be Nissans - Prowl and Ironhide. Course I didn't know that for years.
