Proud moment with my 4 year old son this morning: Generations Shockwave came from TRU and I transformed him for the first time. I show his ship mode to my son and he says "I thought he turned into a gun?"

    :D

    I don't own G1 Shockwave.

He must have got that from watching the G1 cartoon, even though Shockwave is hardly in it.

My wife didn't understand why he said that until I showed her a pic of G1 Shockwave.

Tempted to post the "some-faith-in-humanity'' picture, but that's overdone.

You've got one smart kid, there. :thumb

    Hahahah

Kids can be pretty smart though. Like, I have a 3 year old cousin who notices quite easily when my toys are broken or otherwise missing parts (he knew in like 10 seconds that my WFC Megatron was missing a the missile & that this random toy car was missing windshield wipers that fell off years ago), sometimes even ones that he's never seen complete. He also remembered some random stuff about Power Rangers Samurai that was apparently different in one of the toy commercials. Really wish I could remember what it was now.

He used to watch the DVD's, but now he just watches everything on Netflix (he doesn't have to change any discs).

I guess I'm raising my son right.. :D  He still loves Generations Shockwave. We put him on our Prime shelves since that figure will supposedly be used for Prime Shockwave..

    Wow! What a clever boy!
My niece, when she was only 2.5, when I transform Bumblebee into Camaro, she looked at the poster, where he is in robot mode and said, "car!" Now she know in face each of my transformers (but I have only seven). Soon we would begin to teach their names :)

Just don't raise him to be a annoying Geewunner and nothing else is good but that cartoon.
