Oh I see, my bad...... still looks a lot different from the stock photo. Even Hasbro's Botcon 2011 display forgot it.

Can't say that I am sold . . . but it intrigues me. Especially as a discounted price.

Okay, I might end up going Cyberverse crazy because of this thing. It looks so much better than I thought it would be.

Unfortunately, I'm not completely sold on it. Will probably pick it up if I ever see it on discount though.

Don't be sorry - it's just that I've been spending more money on DVDs/Blu-Rays to the point it can be difficult to buy toys when I want. And I haven't bought many Movie-verse toys anyway (Bumblebee, Barricade, and Frenzy from the first, and I'm now focusing on ones who are subgroups or siblings in the second and third: Arcee, the Twins, The Fallen, and now the Wreckers and the Dreads).

So I'll try to set some money aside for the Ark - how much is its regular price? Around $30?

In the USA it's $27.99. In Canada it normally retails for $39.99 but TRU has a sale so it's $29.99

Good review... the toy looks like a load of rubbish though. I don't think I would want it even if they paid to to take it off of their hands.

Gf's first comment about it on video.

After he set the figure down in the cockpit...."Sounds like it's flushing." So yeah...the Ark has a toilet. Still gonna buy this tho.

*pats his back* It's ok, no matter how this goes, we will learn nothing of importance.

this is similar to Armada Optimus Prime's trailer that turned into a base as well.

Just not a big pain in the butt to transform as Armada Primes trailer. That thing is a pain.

The Armada/Micron Prime/Convoy trailer was unique in it's own right, it autotransformed via remote with the Optimus Prime/Convoy figure reaching a certain transformation pattern. While the toy as a whole is nothing super special, that gimmick was always very interesting and one of a kind within the franchise.

I just bought 4 of these at my local TRU (one for myself and 3 for a giveaway I did) and sadly they weren't discounted. I paid the full US price of 27.99. So either Canada TRU did something special, or señor protoman got lucky :p  at any rate...I caution people on running out to their stores thinking they're going to be cheaper. I know several other people that also bought the Ark locally and paid full price.

Well to be fair, your FULL price is out DISCOUNTED price ($27.99 USD vs. Discounted $29.99 Canadian) with the exchange rate, it pretty much balances out. Still worth every penny =P
