One problem fellas. There *is* legal prostitution outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm sure some of them had something to say about the whole issue as well. Not every person that's a sex worker is doing it under the table. No, I'm not promoting them, nor am I recommending their profession. I am however all for equality and fairness. We might not agree with their business, but they do pay taxes, it is legal, and they're working a job rather than laying around all day, doing nothing. Still, back at square one, I hope the judge is open minded enough to say "Look. It's a program, a program YOU control. You either do what's in the game or you don't. Here's an even better idea, don't play it if you don't like what it stands for. Case dismissed. And God help me Thompson, you pull this again, and I'll throw you UNDER the jail." But our judicial system (much like the rest of the country's systems) is in complete and total disarray. So...no luck there. EDIT: edited to remove an unnecessary part.

I think that he means that there are places that have legally prostitution even outside of Vegas. Amsterdam is the only other place that I can think of with legal prostitution though.
Thats like maybe 10% of all hookers in the US the rest aren't paying taxes and I bet 80% of the time they are getting paid or rather doing the work that earns their pay they are laying around.

Games have a rating on the front cover, no one pays attention to it, and they blame the ESRB for "failing"... how much simpler can they be?
How bout a giant M covering most of the outter wrapping? If you can't see that, then you shouldn't even be a parent.
I work in a toy store and ever time a parent would buy an M rated game, I would make sure the parent know it was M rated. Some times they would thank me and not buy it, (I;d rather not have a sale then an angry parent later on) or I get "it's ok I knopw" I once had a parent storm into my store, throw a Teen rated ganme on the counter and said "I want a refund, you shoul d have never sold to my kid" The game was alreday opened, had been played and he had no reciet. apparently his 12 yr old son, "wouldn;t give him the receit" the kid also bought it on his "own" and the guy wasnt sure if his kid got it here or the "other store" what do we do with parents like this?
