I was scanning Wikipedia and noticed it said Leader Class Grindor, of course I disbelieved it but reading the paragraph after it made me unsure:
"Grindor (2010, not released) (Decepticon; MH-53M Pave Low IV)
Some highly anticipated concept art of a "leader class" Grindor/Blackout was released at Hasbro Q&A session in a Transformers convention on August 10, 2009;Chicago, Illinois. It revealed a completely new mold, which would be approximately 25 centimeters tall in robot mode, and many features including lights and sounds; it would have a "movie-accurate" blade-weapon, two removable shoulder cannons,a 1 inch gatling gun on his right arm, and a firing chest weapon similar to the one seen on Blackout in the first film. Currently there are no photos for the vehicle mode. Also unclear if a Scorponok figure is included"
    Could this be true?

I understand that but the paragraph sounds true in a way. I have disbelief this is true but I am unsure about it because of the statement.

I've read articles on Wikipedia that said we were getting an Animated Omega Supreme(Supreme) and Animated Constructicons(Deluxe). I knew they were full of shit, but I'm pretty sure they fooled some people(like the OP).

I never understand the motive people have for making up stuff like that. Do they get a kick out of getting some random stranger excited enough to start a thread about it on some forum(and then get bashed for being naive)? Or do they think that by editing it, it'll actually come true?

Let me get this straight: a new figure was announced at an unnamed Transformers convention. Apparently only one person remembers this, and rather than posting the information on a Transformers forum where they would be hailed as a god, they updated a Wikipedia page where it will shortly be deleted for being bullshit. Do I have all that right?

Edit ~ Correction, where it has already been deleted for being bullshit.

No, its not. If there was a statement at a convention, you'd hear a LOT more about it

Normally I wouldn't take time to comment, but this guy knows what he's talking about.
