This guy was my favorite. I did a few mods to the car mode, to make him look different from Breakdown. Although it's tough to see, there's a big mean black con symbol on his roof/shield.

This included:
-Filling in one of the "grooved in" areas on the sides.
-Filling in the lines on the roof
-Reshaping the shoulders
-Using the flipped TF process vs. Breakdown
-Made chest detachable, and uses a very small magnet to attach to his wrist and use as a shield.
-Reshaped the hell out of his face.
-Filled in read grated window
-Flipped legs to alt TF mode.

I really like the shield. It really does make him stand out as his own character.

not until you mentioned it...nice idea, though I will pass on it. I had enough with these guys. Still need to fix up dragstrip today.

Not so sure of the black Decepticon decal, but the shield is straight up win. Good work, man.

 

I didn't want the symbol to be too prominent, I thought a black on charcoal gray would be enough. I thought about a brighter symbol, perhaps dark red or purple, but i wasn't feeling it.

 

I love the shield idea. it also make him look mor G1ish because they didn't have car parts involved with their body area. this is my fave so far just cos he stands out so much from the rest

 

yeah, he's my favorite also. Hasbro read my mind when they built that cool looking robotic chest under the roof. I might make another of this guy.

Oh, wow. Yeah, this fella's my favourite too - which is a bonus, since I always liked Wildrider best of the Stunticons. You've just cemented his position.

And you say that chest is already part of the toy? Ooh, cunning Hasbro...
Maybe they've got more plans for this mould than just Streaker, Sideswipe and Red Alert. I can see this being like the Seeker mould in car form...

he turned out nice. I definitely like it better without the roof on. I'd probably have tried to change the lines on the car to be a little more different from Breakdown too, but its all good.

 

I like them all, but this one *really* stands out to me. From the paint job to the chest mod, top notch. I'm a fan of the black on dark-gray Decepticon symbol, it's a nice, subtle touch that makes you look twice.
