Hey guys, I posted this in the feedback forum, but never got any replies, so I thought I'd throw it up here:

I bought the Walmart exclusive Prime/Comettor pack a week or two ago, and while I was really quite impressed with the Prime (never got the HftD version, so this was my first experience), I ran into trouble transforming him. When transforming to truck mode, his front hood pieces won't lock together, because the joints (plastic bolts?) that hold his energon hooks on jut out. I was just wondering if this was a common problem, or if I'm transforming him wrong.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

I had the same problem, but when I ended up fixing it, it was because I had the shoulders oriented wrong. Got to spin them around until they line up the right way.

I can't imagine the shoulders being the problem, since it seems to be more of his forearms, but I'll give it a try I guess.

You wouldn't think so, but something about the way the joints bent cause the forearms not to line up. I think it has to do with the fact that the entire arm is connected to the shoulder, so they can throw the whole thing off if they aren't just right.

It is the shoulders, I just picked that Prime up off my shelf the other day and it took me a good while to remember how to transform him. I had the exact same problem, and it was the shoulders not being in the right spot. Once I got them set up right, the truck mode fits together perfectly.

I tried it last night. It's better than it was, but still not flush together. Are the sides pf the shoulders with the screws supposed to face up or down? And are the swords/hooks supposed to lay flat against the arms still?
