As the title says, I'm having a bit of trouble with my Deluxe Steve, and I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and could offer any help.

In vehicle mode, my Vehicon waist blade things (honestly, I'm not sure what to call them) hang too low and it prevents the wheels from rolling properly.

Is this a problem with anyone else, or am I just full of foolery for not transforming him the right way?

The rolling problem isn't those waist blades.
Although they will interfere if surface isn't level.
The problem is how the wheels attach to the body.
Hasbro tried a new method, and it doesn't work that well.
They just don't spin all that well.
Knock out has the same problem.

    100% accurate.

I have the same problem with my Vehicon and Knockout. Just Hasbro being cheap and saving SO much money by getting rid of the metal pins that hold the wheels in place. -_-

Yep, the wheels snap in instead of being pinned in. Result is they still turn but not nearly as good as they did when they are pinned in.

Thanks for the info guys. Too bad about the wheels though. However, I can't say I have that problem with my Knockout.
