He's old. He needs a new hip.

Seriously, though, drip some super glue into the joint and then KEEP IT MOVING until it dries. (couple minutes, probably)
    That should fix it.

Another method is to pop the legs off and coat the balljoints with a coat of clear nail polish (get the stuff that says "rock hard chip resistant" or whatever). Let it dry thoroughly, then pop the legs back on. The extra layer of matter is usually enough to tighten up the joints.

My 2-pack Megatron was as a floppy as a rag-doll when I got him. He couldn't even stand up, his legs would slide right out from under him. I did the nail polish thing, and presto, his hips are nice and tight now.

    Good luck!

My Ratchet's problem is floppy feet. He really wants to tip backwards. You have to wonder what the point of him even having heels is since they're hidden inside his leg.
I keep meaning to do that with mine - he's currently got some sticky tape over his rear nobbles holding his legs together. Of course, having his feet molded at that stupid sole angle doesn't help him either. I prefer to not be told what a TF's stance should be.

I did the same thing with my son's 2 pack megs and it fixed him right up. Clear nail polish is good stuff.
