I have trouble getting his hands out.

His left hand is fine, but I still need to use the handle of his sword to get the hand out.

His right hand however will not come out. I've done it once before, don't know how.

Is there too much material inside the arm?

Do any of you have any tips on how to get out his hands easily?

Mine's very tough as well, I usually pry them out with his swords.

I can take mine's hand out with just a finger movement.

I've found rotating his fists before storing them helps. IIRC, I had to put them so that the inside of his fists with the finger molding went in first.

When you can't take the hand out the hand is slightly rotated, jamming the opening. Rotate it back and you should be able to take it out fine. I have this problem all the time..

    Thanks everyone for the answers!

I've found a way to always get the hands out without hardly any trouble at all.

I put the hands in with the back of the hand in first, instead of putting the side with the fingers in first.
