last weekend i got a new printer: Kodak all-in-one ESP 3 today my wife went to print some stuff out and it wouldn't let her. she checcked the printer/faxes installed. there was nothing. i looked at it and clicked on "add a new printer" it said , "Operation could not be preformed. Print spooler service is not running." i checked microsoft's webisite and it said the spooler is corruptedand to use the windows install disk to get the spooler file fixed. my issues? i have no idea where my windows install disk is. this is my wife's computer she got before we were married. it's a dell and the software came w/the compuer. is there anywhere else i can get the spooler software?
