I was just thinking, If the Matrix made Unicron go away, what would the Dark Energon that Megatron chucked onto Primus do to him? Or are they gonna ignore that?

I hate starting new threads, I always feel like I gotta start apologizing into oblivion... Little patience, if you please.

Actually, its a good question because based on the season 2 sneak peak it would be interesting if any of the autobots have to deal with dark engeron on cybertron.

I doubt that little chunk of Dark Energon is gonna affect him more than an infusion of the stuff directly into the Core. Anybody walking on the planets surface may have to deal with residual DE that's scattered across the surface, though. Not to mention any Terrorcons that weren't destroyed when the Space Bridge collapsed.

Oh, yuck. I forgot about that. But Optimus fixed it last time. What if no one comes to save the day?

Fixed it? The planet shut down to begin an eon long regeneration proses. It's hardly fixed. That's why the masses scattered to the galaxies.

Kay, sure. (Don't judge me, I can't beat the game...)

If more DE were introduced into his system, it would still affect him, no?

I suppose Primus is way too strong to be affected [personality-wise and health-wise] by Dark Energon, all in all, Dark Energon is the blood of Unicron, Primus is at the same power-level that Unicron is, so he should [techinically] be immune to Dark Energon, or at least remarkably resistant to it.

I don't really know. It's not that much compared to what was injected directly into the core if we can go by WFC or Exodus (which we can't I guess).

The Dark Energon probably fucked up the surface even more, but the core himself is probably fine. Primus is strong.

If there's a return to Cybertron, it'd be good to have some reference to Megatron's dark energon infection of the planet from season 1's "Darkness Rising" eps., and evidence or explanation of its effects on the planet. And could it have affected any remaining inhabitants on Cybertron?

Maybe the DE could have made Cybertron's surface unstable or dangerous for Cybertronians that could be infected by it? How would it affect living Autobots? Would it poison them?

I don't think there is anyone living in Cybertron right now. If there were they probably ran away when they woke up and show a crapload of zombies rising to the skies.
