I had originally digibashed Skyquake as Sky-Byte, but I wasn't too happy with the end result, and it really just looked like an oddly colored Skyquake. Then I remembered that concept art of Starscream, and with one modification and a lot of coloring, this is what I've come-up with. Also, since you can only really see one side of his chest/torso, I made a mirrored version to show-off his a-symmetrical color scheme better. So, what do you think?
I'd like to point out that the linework itself isn't his (well, the head-fin is), it's official Starscream concept art. The colour concept is very cool, though. I'd be half tempted to mod a Voyager Starscream into Sky-Byte myself, based on this concept.
It is. Lopez did a great job on it. I'm not sure I would pick him to voice Sky-Byte, but I do think it would be interesting to have him voice one of the bots sometime. Thank you. Thank you. Yes, yes it is. I too would love to see Sky-Byte in the show, or if nothing else a retool/repaint of Starscream would be nice. Thank you, and it should match, since the line-art I colored was concept art for the show. I pointed it out in my first post, but can't guarantee everybody's going to read that, and while I'd like to take full credit for the head-fin, all I really did was copy the spike at his one elbow and modify it to fit his head, lol. Would be interesting to see how a kitbash of him would turn out. It's a loooooong shot, but I'm hoping they actually bring him into the show at some point in the future.
It's Sky-Byte. Goddammit I know that's a petty thing to correct someone on but I seriously think I might have a problem. It's just he's my favourite character and all...
Sky-Byte is indeed GLORIOUS. Thank you. It is kind of surprising how well Starscream's concept design works for him. Same here. I also cringe every time I see Side Burn's name written as one whole word. Probably doesn't help that the TFCC repaint's name was like that... Don't we all? lol

I would be ok with him not turning into a flying shark, but at the same time, if I had my choice between the two, flying mechanical shark would definitely win It would most definitely work. The alt-mode might look a little odd, but it would definitely work. Thank you. I would send it to them if I knew it would actually get them to use it for the show, but chances are that would do the exact opposite.
Then you should send a message to them saying you never want to see this character in this design in the show, ever!
