I came back from the Imax showing of Rotf and during the end of the movie on the ship they showed a scene with Leo and Makaela.

there is no Arcee sister on the ship.

the other bots I still think they are being either flown or they are in the ships cargo hold.

You went to the Imax version? Are you sure you are still able to hear?

    Yeah, I'm with this guy.

You guys are totally missing the OP's point and spamming for no reason.

Obviously his point was that all other Autobots.. are afraid of drowning.

In either version of the film, I think Lennox and Epps are standing behind Mikaela and Leo, but we never get a close-up of them. Shame, since they're more heroes of the film than Mikaela and Leo are. :\

Considering that scene was filmed aboard an active aircraft carrier, the lack of Autobots doesn't surprise me.

For one, perhaps the Navy doesn't allow non-essential civilian vehicles straddling the flightdeck as it might interfere with flight operations, or pose a hazard to its aircraft. A bolt coming loose from one of the cars could easily get sucked up by a jet engine and cause massive damage.
(although an unlikely event, there's probably some precautionary protocols of the sort)

And also, there is no cargo plane big enough to accomodate the vehicles of Prime, Ironhide, Ratchet, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, etc that can actually land on a carrier. Thus, the only way to get their alt modes on the carrier would be through helicopters like the Chinook, one at a time. It would highly impractical and rather costly.

WTF? Dude way to over think it. They could have just put them all there using CGI. Bay just only puts the essential characters in a shot to save money

True that. They could have done CGI, but perhaps they wanted to save money. And also, from my point of view at least, having the Autobots in their vehicle modes parked on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier doesn't really seem right.

But of course they had to have Prime for his customary end of movie speech.
