I was already pretty impressed with the characters' animation models being a nice mix of Movie-verse and Animated aesthetics.

And now, it's really looking like the toyline is translating their animation models incredibly well! Seems like I'll be getting the in-scale toys of all the show's characters (of those who have them, of course - I kind of wish Arcee had a basic/commander-size figure).

Some time this week, I'll have to look around to see if there are any Prime toys (that I want) available in my area yet - I haven't gone toy hunting for a while now.

I'm also impressed how they are able to capture the CGI look into the toys the best they can! They really combined the greatest parts of the Movie and Animated toys and made them into something amazing! Even the deluxe Arcee despite having some kibble on her got so many things right about her it's not funny! And don't get me started on how amazing the engernering is on the Voyager versions of Optimus and Bulkhead because they are very amazing!

I'm sure Arcee will get a Commander Class figure of her sometime in the future line!

Good luck hunting for them too I'm having a feeling I'm going to have to order them online if I don't find them at retail!

    Another great review Peaugh.

I'm really looking forward to this entire line.

Even though those display stands are just cardboard, they will come in very handy for displaying these figures. They should work great for staggering the different heights of the bots.

I can see skyquake being out of size, hes the same size as prime in bot mode - would this mean a massive plane mode to accomplish this,
Seeing as it seems voyagers can only be a certain size in alt mode,
Hope we dont get animated lugnut syndrome

The voyagers are packaged in robot mode for this line, so we thankfully won't be having that problem again.

This is just an awesome figure, I really don't get the reason that they only have 1 Bulkhead in a case of 4 Voyagers. It would be nice if there were more so that more people could enjoy having Bulkhead. As others have said, this will be bought on sight.

Awesome review and if anyone had doubts about these figures it will wash them away keep it up!

Cant wait to see a review of skyquake in the future when that figure goes into production!

That's awesome-o. I nearly applauded at the transformation. I can't wait to get a Bulkhead of my very own.
Fingers crossed for a voyager Ratchet.

Gosh he's gonna look great with RTS Lugnut. What color are his hands in the show by the way? Do they match up with the figure. To me thats the one thing thats kind of sticking out to me.

His alt mode looks like Classics Hound's bigger brother.

Pretty cool that he's a much larger version of the Animated Bulkhead. Really find it irritating that he's 1 Bulkhead to 3 Primes per case...

Hands down the best looking figure of the bunch imo. I'm glad it doesn't suffer from the Voyager down to Deluxe syndrome that TFA Bulkhead did, but something seems a little off about his bot mode here. Hoping the doors can sit higher up so that the headlights are visible. And with or without the review lighting, his green is still nevertheless too bright compared to his muted olive green scheme in the show- just like how BB's figure is a far brighter yellow than it should be compared to his show coloring.

Will definitely consider picking this guy up, though. The transformation is pure awesome.

Maybe the Takara versions may fix the color problem with a shiny paint scheme!

What's with your fascination with shoehorning other characters into the movieverse?

'Ha! See? I told you all there's mass-shifting in this continuity - oh wait, that's the toy!' :D  Haha, that's a pretty impressive transformation, and the size change made me think of HA Jazz, and as others have mentioned, hopefully the TFP Deluxe Ratchet can make like the Lockdown figures, though a bit less leggy obviously. ;)

Great review on both Bulkhead and Optimus, Peaugh.
