Is there any chance that the OP picked up a previously returned item? That would explain the crack and the missing instructions.

 

I wanna see this crack, cause just about anything I'm envisouning would be pretty sweet Battle Damage.

 

Yeah, if the crack isn't that big and doesn't interfere with the transformation, I would just keep it until I found a replacement.

Cracked chest, no instructions, WM refusing to take it back tells me it was already returned by someone else once and they don't want to deal with the figure again. As long as you have a receipt they have no choice but to take it back and either refund your money or give you a gift card to use with an amount on it equal to the value of the figure.

 

If you think they're that vigilant at customer service, then you've never worked retail..

HTS is not Hasbro. Those are 2 completely separate entities. HTS will honor their orders, but they can't do anything about something bought at Walmart. Calling Hasbro CS for a replacement will get you a random deluxe as was stated earlier.

At the Ottawa Comic Con today I saw Prime Vehicons being sold for $35 bucks.

 

OP, your only real option is to return it to walmart.
Hasbro wouldn't send a new vehicon in return.
Just a random one in it's place.
Providing you have packaging, try again.
Try a different walmart if you have to.
