I was surprised by both the length and the candor of Cullen's answers. I guess now that he has signed a three-picture contract, he doesn't mind speaking up a bit more about how he feels on the decisions being made (regarding Weaving being cast as Megatron over Welker).

The only bit that made me nervous was where he actually asked for more lines similar to the 'my bad' line in the script, based off of Bay's encouragement. Personally, I would rather they keep the comedy relief to Shia and Bumblebee.

Going back to the discussion of the mini-driver in the Voyager Prime figure, I wish someone would've asked Cullen if he's IN the movie. It'd be neat to see him, kinda like pointing out Stan Lee in a Marvel movie, and I think he was signed on while principal photography was going on (not too sure about the timeline)

It's always fun reading interviews with Cullen. He's a really good sport about answering questions and giving a straight answer.

Actually Cullen ecouraged more lines as such, not Bay.

Also, that interview really needs an audio version. Reading his humorous comments is one thing, but actually being able to hear him hop back in and out of his different voices would have been awesome.

I'm extremely sad that Mr. Cullen is not voicing Ironhide. And seeing as how Cullen said that Bay was really surprised about him being able to switch back and forth in no time flat between Prime and Ironhide, I'm surprised they didn't get him as Ironhide.

However, considering how inexperienced Bay is at this part of Hollywood, he probably didn't think Cullen could or should do it. However, that's just my thoughts. Though now I'm wondering who's gonna do Ironhide (and I'm like "NUUUUUU!!!! YOU CAN'T HAVE IRONHIDE WITHOUT CULLEN!!!!!!!! :cry  ")

    Something I noticed...

    Everytime Cullen metioned Sam Witwickey...
    He called him Spike.
Now, is this "Sam" name is another attempt at covering up a "secret" in the movie
or do you think Cullen simply reverted to his 80's recollection?

We should be glad that we got Cullen as Prime. And then there's the problem that G1 IH's voice wouldn't fit the new, more badass looking version of Ironhide.

Oh yeah: Ironside or Sam Elliot as Ironhide FTW!

The my bad line I can see as line showing how awkward it is trying to learn/assimilate yourself into a new culture/environment.
