Of course not. Imitation is the highest form of flattery. I'm glad you liked it.

Some of my customs were inspired by digibashes I've seen online such as Landmine from Hardtop and Snare from Titans Return Triggerhappy.

Some were inspired by official figures such as my customising several oversized CW Hot Rods as Stake Out and the Battlechargers and the Shapeways heads were other people's ideas for customising official figures.

Again I'm flattered and glad you like my Cloudburst idea.

Just a few ideas I'm playing around with to upgrade my ko Quickswitch.

Some of my earliest attempts at customs inspired by World's Smallest Starscream and Encore Swerve. I think the painted faces add much needed life to the G1 Seekers.

I'm pretty sure 75% of them are bootlegs.

Excuse me? I've no problem with KOs but you'll find most of my collection is legitimate.
I mainly buy KOs to satisfy my scale obsession though if it means I get a good representation of a character without spending stupid amounts of money on an overpriced official figure, that's a plus as well.

Most of us have lives and possibly mortgages. Have to be sensible.

As for how I have so many? I got back into collecting at the end of 2002 and I still had 200 G1 figures from my childhood. Plus I don't waste my money on alcohol or other poisons.

I've sold off a lot of figures in the last few years.

It wasn't meant to be an insult, dude. It was just an observation, considering you tend to show off many repainted upscales, and knockoffs. Didn't mean anything by it.

I was going to call this my updates using the original toy heads but Silverbolt and Sandstorm don't do that.

Silverbolt is an oversized ko of a third party Silverbolt. I didn't like the head so I tried Classics Silverbolt's head and I think it works.

Sandstorm uses a G1 Hubcap head.

And here are my Micromaster updates. Customs, third party, Shapeways and repurposes. I've heard other fans repurpose Oilpan as Skystalker and Evac just seems like a lost chance to upgrade Blazemaster.

    A few works in progress...

    Oversized CW legend Runabout
    Oversized CW legend Streetwise
Oversized CW Stake Out with his G1 self.

    Micromaster Backstreet and Prime

After 30 years, my G1 Hubcap's orange face needed a new coat of paint. I'd already given him blue painted optics months ago and I am pleased with how he looks now.

Yes it was an oversized ko of the old Japanese Autobot Micromaster Combiner that I got a friend to paint as Devestator for me years ago.
