Seeing the toy in it's Bee incarnation, I think it's a terrible terrible piece of doodie.

But this promo image makes me wanna buy it. Huh.

The hate for the RiD Bumblebee doesn't make any sense to me. I bought it, and I think it's a pretty good toy. The first edition may be more accurate, but the RiD is a much more solid toy.

 

I make mention because if I just skipped past everything that annoyed me, I'd skip straight past this board. Too much lately do i see more things that annoy me than simple quality discussion. Too much do i see people getting way more bent out of shape than they should about toys. I enjoy TFs very very much, and I like having a place to talk about it. But i'm conflicted because too much i see the drek instead of the good stuff. So that's why i make mention.

You are absolutely right. I love when visual cues tie in with what we know about past iterations of the character. Hot Shot habitually has been a "dumber" Hot Rod, and his head totally calls that to mind.

 

I doubt they will reveal something that is released. however, I did forget about the base former and weaponizer prime

That's what I'm wondering. If this guy is Hot Shot, then what happens with the Rodimus-inspired "Hot Shot" from the WFC DS game? Does he get another rename, or are they supposed to be one and the same?

 

Hot Shot looks nice espcially with the blue color and head!  While it's not the greatest mold it's still a bteer sight to look at then the RID Bumblebee because he doens't look like a butchered up FE Bumblebee.

I'm going to get the Hot Shot mold when it comes out.

I actually totally missed you said this. To be honest, my comment had a double meaning. Although it WAS supposed to be ironic and funny, I actually do agree with him. There are plenty of posts that have no substance whatsoever to them. Those posts, my friend, suck. I would love for more posts to contain helpful information or ideas, and not just blind critisms and one word posts for laughs. "In before lock", "This", "TROLL!", "FAIL", " or a post that is purely " " are there to increase your post count.

If people were concerned with how many people agree or disagree with a certain idea, that's what polls are for. However, honestly, no one cares if you agree with something someone says. Saying "This" as your whole post is pointless, cause as I said, no one cares that the person who said "this" agrees with that post. What you COULD say instead is "Good point, previous poster, here is some extra information to add to your point and show it's worth."

While I'm ranting, another kind of post to avoid (if you are attempting to become a better poster in my eyes, if you care about my eyes at all), avoid posting in a "constructive thread" if you have nothing constructive to say. For example, if the opening poster is attempting to accomplish a goal, such as theorizing about future episodes of Prime or gathering people to mail letters to Hasbro, saying something like "I'm out" or "Theorizing is pointless" or the likes is once again a terrible post. If you aren't interested in furthering the thread, don't hinder it.

The only thing that might convince me to get this figure if he somehow is represented on the show. I really don't like the mold, I dont' care for the head, and I don't want to spend my money on figures that are "eh" at best. However, if he's on the show I might be swayed because I am aiming to get as close to full cast as possible, as I really like the show.

 

I hate that were gettn repaints already I really wanna see new molds!!!

They already did, RiD Bumblebee was the first reveal.

 

If Knock out was their second reveal I will have to say that we will be seeing a few new pics by Feb 12. IF Knockout was the only new figure reveal they have then I would assuem they would save him for near the end not the second picture.
