So I'm looking at some of the Dark Energon versions of some of the PRID molds. But it's made of transparent plastic and I'm curious about something. Has anyone had any widespread issues with DE Wheeljack that I should be aware of?

I don't have DE Wheeljack, but I do have DE Knockout and I thought he was as well or even better made then the non-DE version. I've had no issues due to the translucent plastic if it helps.

Got all DE prime figures since release and no problems here either, bought them all and hoped the line will continue so we could get DE Vehicon, bulkhead, skyquake, shockwave, etc but i guessed that hope is gone.

My DE Wheeljack hasn't shown any signs of wear or tear. Bought it opened second hand and I've transformed it multiple times. He's held up well enough I'm considering hunting down the rest of the DE molds.

Alrighty. Thanks guys! :D  I know transparent plastic can sometimes be an issue and since I intend to use DE Wheeljack for a custom wanted to make sure it wouldn't crumble out of the box.

I own four versions of TFP 'Jack (vanilla, Dark, Wildrider, Dead End) and the only noticeable flaw is that his elbows aren't as tight and tend to sag when they have weight that the others can easily handle (like 2 microns).

Buy them from bigbadtoystore when they have clearance. I got them cheap. Have all except meg and optimus. Those little clear deulxes are so pretty.

There is a screw right at that joint. Tighten it slightly and it'll help the arm. Or if you're referring to the joint beneath that some floor polish would likely help.
That's what prompted the thread. :)  Grabbed a DE Wheeljack for a custom and just wanted to double check.
