Natalie Portman to conquer 'Zombies' - CNN.com I havent read the book yet, but I just know this is going to be very interesting. Seems Natalie being on bored wouldnt be a bad thing.
Can't wait. Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, and to throw zombies into it was just a brilliant idea. So glad this is getting made into a movie and Natalie Portman to. Epic win.
We need more zombies in popular storys. "Romeo & Juliet & Zombies" "Of Mice & Men & Zombies" "The Zombie Road" In all seriousness, I'm intrigued.
The follow up to Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: - Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters. YouTube - Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters: Book Trailer One wonders how long they will continue to milk this formula.
Why make a movie of such a terribly executed book? They simply tacked on a couple of zombie parts. It really wasn't very well done.
Ugh, when is this "zombie" fad finally going to come to an end? It's been dragging on for years now and, for every good zombie-related thing to be released (Zombie Survival Guide, World War Z, Walking Dead, etc), there's a plethora of garbage like this trying to cash in on the craze. I'll pass.
I've so just found my new response to ever new property based on an genre that gets a thread. Thanks Scantron.
God, I'm so SICK of this zombie "fad" that's been running since 1968. When is this flash in the pan rubbish going to end?
Honestly, it's not as bad as Vampires. There's only been one good piece of Vampire fiction so far (True Blood) and everything else is straight crap. Atleast most of the zombie stuff is still entertaining.
The book was a chuckle, though not as funny or as cool as I was hoping it would be. Nevertheless, I think the idea will work better as a film, and I've gotta give this credit for being something other than yet another straight forward remake of same old story told with slightly different actors and camera angles.
