insane.. yes. Certain figures just have more Value simply because of popularity(Brawl) or lack of a certain character(no DOTM Ldr Megs so shadow's goes up)

I still can't get over Brawl. They were selling for less than $20. How'd he go from super-clearance to super-expensive? It's not as though anything has happened to make him more desirable, like City Commander did to Ultra Magnus...

I think the lack of Leaders in the DotM line and the scale down in general made the rest of the older Leaders much more appealing.

Brawl was a very popular character. While some were available for less than $20, many were sold at the regular price and that was five years ago.

Shadow Command Megatron's the big question mark. His price has to be due to him being rarer at the tail end of the line.

leader class figures usually keep their value well (except maybe optimus due to over abundance), or at least don't depreciate too much, plus brawl was released 5 years ago and out of print, thus price goes up.
