    Hi,

I was quoted $200 (by member fordjuse) to ship two of these to Norway. Is that the going rate for these now?

Uh, around $40-50 each. Unless it costs $100 to ship to Norway...I'd say thats a big rip off.

    Ebay:
Read the Junkion rules before you post anything negative in his thread:

    3. This is not a discussion forum.
The Junkion Exchange is not a place for discussion or to post random and negative comments. Any posts of that nature will be removed. You may ask questions about the items for sale/trade, but nothing more.

I'm not saying you shouldn't be irked, but realize there's nothing you can do if the seller won't accept a lower price. There's nothing to accomplish by spamming his thread other than an infraction.

Your best bet is to look for better deals in the Junkion or good 'ol ebay.

Yeah, he is just a scalper and I would avoid him. I just checked out a target today in hopes of finding one but I think these are probably long gone.... However, if your buying it for Fansproject, won't the Energon toys work the same? Some are even saying that version of Onslaught (whatever its called) is actually better looking.

For me, it depends on how well certain parts match the ROTF's color scheme, in particular, the Onslaught parts.

Exactly. It seems as though you could pick up Energon Barricade and make a deal with someone who has the ROTF Bruticus set for the extra two figures. I guess no one knows how the colors will match with FP's set, but there is no reason to support a scalper on the boards when there are other cheaper options (like eBay) available.

Well, with the Superion kit, FP made it "Uni-sex" for both versions.

And yes, that dude is trying to scam you hard.

Although the price has increased some recently, that's still steep. I'm glad I got one off ebay for almost the retail price right after Blast-off was announced. Now that Swindle has been announced I see the price increase further.

Granted international shipping isn't cheap, but the most it should cost is $40 to ship it and that's an extreme (and I've done price quotes before for the OP).

The Superion set can still be had for as little as $30... and somehow I don't think the Bruticus set has appreciated to $130.

I got both sets off of amazon for about $80 when Blast Off was announce. Either Ebay or Amazon will be your best bet. Ive been these sets go for an easy $100 a piece.

What a shame. 200 is way out of line.
