    Ok,
how much should I pay for this set?
On ebay this set is up to $200... That's crazy stupid right?
I realize it has gained quite a bit of value, but the prices
    I've seen are just...

If anyone's looking to sell a set, please PM ME!

I think you can find loose ones for relatively cheap.

That is an outrageously inflated price. Typical ebay.

However, if you're looking to find a bargain, you're probably going to have to be patient. Finding a good price for an in-demand toy usually involves waiting out a lot of price gougers. Check many different sites to find the best price.

$200?!? Holy crap. I found a MISB for under $100 a couple of months ago. It's a toy that's begging for a FansProject upgrade set. On its own its not bad, but yeah I keep waiting/hopingn for an upgrade set to make it an awesome toy.

It's certainly not worth $200. I question why I bought the thing way back when.

Well maybe they can make a set that can fit in with the original Energon version as well as the classic version.

FP has a habit of making things possible. :)

Honestly? I'd wait and see if it gets re-released into Unvierse/Classics/ROTF.

To be honest, I still don't see it happening. The Energon version was released years ago, and the last version of the mold was released as a store exclusive in 2007. While Bruticus, Superion and even universe 2.0 Ultra Magnus was a store exclusive, they had a wide release outside North America. For upgrade releases, these are better financially due to the higher number available compared to the much lower Constructicon set. If they do release one, it would probably be 3-4 times more then the Bruticus and Superion upgrades. I would hate to think how much the price will skyrocket for Constructicon Maximus/Constructicon Devastator if that happens.

This is only a guess since I work in marketing. :)

    I agree with this.

Took me forever to find a decently priced MP Starscream on eBay, and again when I eventually found a decently priced Classics Prime on some shady, unknown site. It's really about waiting, and looking. Like it was already said, check many online stores, and check frequently. You'll find a fairly decently priced one eventually. :thumbs2:

But he's seriously not worth $200.

I got mine for $50 MISB on the Junkion Exchange, that's where I get a lot of great deals, but I hear he goes for about $65-100 MISB a lot of the time. Try there if you're looking for one cheap.
