Same as any other Scout where you live.

Now, what would I "expect" to pay for one? Well, that might extend up into the 25 dollar range, what with the fact that he's hard to find & in high demand. Realistically though, I'd have to spend anywhere from 10.99-12.99 for it before taxes where I live, and then pay maybe 8 something (as quoted by people in other threads) to ship it to somebody else loose & without tracking. Taking that into account, expecting to get it for 10 bucks isn't all that realistic, even though it seems like the fair price from a buyer's perspective.

I won it on a trade with a fellow board member, so technically the shipping to send the items on the trade I did only cost $5-$6, so I guess that's what I paid for mine..

I gotta say that is probably the going rate over here too. EBay UK auctions are typically finishing around the £25 mark, but when you convert that to dollars and add shipping, it's $50 before you know it.

Well, I guess it's like they say. If someone accepts your 1st offer, the you probably offered little or didn't ask for enough.

    Ebay:
I think $15-$20 is reasonable considering the rarity of him now. I ended up trading some classics and generations for 3 windchargers across the pond.

Some get lucky and get them from friends here as favors, etc. If you don't have a hookup on the boards or otherwise, you're going to pay $30-$40 here or $40-$50 on ebay. Mine cost me a TRU bluestreak reissue and shipping across the pond.

Given the high prices there, and shipping costs, it'll probably still cost you about $20-25, mind you.

I got mines as a courtesy after buying a slew of TF's for $200 from a board member. I guess I paid somewhere $20-35 if I counted Windy as part of the $200 figures I bought.
