Buddy of mine at work has the TRU G1 Reissues of OP (He was only used for display and the box is mint) and Starscream which is MISB. What are those going for nowadays about? I looked around ebay and OP seems to go for about $120.00 for that condition and about $40 for the Starscream. Sound fair or about right?

I think that's a fair price for the TRU versions...thankfully u're not taking about the Takara reissues...those are different kind of beasts...

    Ebay:
Who would've guessed that either version of Prime would have jumped in price so quickly! Wasn't the TRU Prime originally $39.99 and the TFC #0 Convoy around $65?

If the Prime is opened, the value on it decreases heavily. I'd say $55 is fair.

The sealed Starscream can go for $60 on a good day, but the TFC09 and Takara D-22 reissues keep the price low.
