Looking for the going price of a complete G1 Black Zarak with no broken pieces. And any leads for picking up a good deal on it are welcome as well. Thanks.

Better sell the other arm too, just to make sure you don't accidentally break it by touching it.

    Good luck with your search.

Not sure what's worse. Me almost starting to want one now, or the fact that I didn't even come close to shitting my pants when I saw that price...

Until they come out with a reissue that fixes the gps, any amount is too much. But hey, if you can wrap your head around that asking price, I say go for it.:thumb

If you're going to get a BZ, then get one that has never been touched. Why take a chance on an already risky figure?

love how they say "mib" in the title then detail how the item is broken in the actual auction text.

To give you an idea, I payed 1700$ for a MIB 100% complete unbroken one over 2 years ago. If I needed the money, I'd flip it now before the reissue comes out next year. His price will surely crash, so you might want to wait. But unlike many here, I see the value of having this vintage original piece in my collection.

Wait for the reissue. Otherwise you're buying a sure-to-break toy at the peak of it's market.

    Same goes for Scorponok.

I would think they would release Scorponok first before they release Black Zarak. I have A MISB Black Zarak and I bet there probably is GPS damage. Not going to open it and find out though lol.

There's mutterings about a scorponok reissue, but they have been doing the rounds for a year, so skepticism is required to some degree.

Nobody really specifically mentioned Black Zarak..I mean they never did Metrotitan for example.

    I-want-to-believe.jpg

Reissues just seem to spend so much time 'on the way' that i'll just never be completely convinced 'til i see a solicitation.

S_Megs, without having done any searches, I was going to chime in and say $1500 would be around the asking price for one. Between Hyper and AutoC here, I'd say that the $1500-$1800 would be about the price range.

Holy shit. $1500+ for a figure that you can't even handle for display... you may as well buy a small bar of gold instead.

Don't worry about price. I'm sure a payday loan will be more than sufficient for the funds you need :lol
