I sold one for $500 2 1/2 years ago at Botcon. I'm sure it's worth more now considering he seemed happy to pay that at the time.

They sell sort of infrequently, so it's tricky to gauge, but I've seen MISB ones go for anywhere from $110 to $150. You could probably ask for up to $120 for a loose one, depending on its condition.

Insane Galvatron might be thinking of the Beast Wars Megatron.

Oh yeah, my bad. I read it wrong. I was thinking BW Megatron.

I suppose Beast Wars Megatron is more relevant to most people's collections, but I think SG Megatron is a far superior figure. The deco is amazing.

    My only complain: Puny.

FunPub should have release him using the BIGGER mold that was intended for Energon Megatron/Galvatron. :(

He's about $100 in that condition. The instructions and tech specs make a big difference..

I'm glad they used the smaller mold, the bigger one was too big. Not likely Fun Pub would use a Leader sized mold any way.

Somehow, I'd always liked/preferred Leader material figures in larger forms. :D ream:

But I get your drift when looking at SG Megatron as a whole with the remaining SG figures.

So I guess $100 would be a good price for this figure right?

^ You will get more if you could go dig out that set of Bio/Tech Spec card & instruction sheet. ;)

I could have sworn that I got $200 for mine, loose/ instructions and bio card. It was a while ago, though, so I don't remember the exact amount.
