    How much is the Japanese giftset going for atm? Some comparisons I'm interested in:

    MIB complete with all paperwork vs MIB unused/MISB;

    Japan Computron vs US Computron set.

    US MIB looks to be between $249-455
    Can't find any MISB.
    I can't find any pricing for C-91 Computicon.

    You can find some appraisal data for the US version here on the right (table) and at the bottom (graph): Shmax.com: Product Information - Computron

    C-91 Computron Giftsets are not very common these days. (Same can be said for Abominus)

    If you're looking at Unused specimens, complete with paperworks (ESPECIALLY that darn poster that's often missing) than I would say he's anywhere from USD $900 upwards easily. (Unless Lady Luck smiles at ya!) :redface2:

    I find the Shmax site to be somewhat 'off-target' when it comes to figure values. For Computron, It's got their average value of MIB as $255-450 and then for MISB average of $183-263.... I wish. I donno about a MIB Computron as low 255, unless box is badly damaged and parts/accessories are missing.

    I have both MIB :)  I think I might have it, but this poster your referring to, does it have images of the Omnibots, Warpath, Ratchet, Cosmos on one side and S.T.A.R.S on the other side. Something to do with robot points as well, being in Japanese i can't understand it :(

    I was referring to Computron's poster. It seems I don't have Abominus's poster though :(

    ^ With regards to C-91 Computron Giftset posted in your link:

    I don't see any poster at all so that auction is definitely overpriced for what its worth. (Despite the condition being mint on the overall) :rolleyes2

    That Computron is same condition as my set, but I have some extra paperwork after closer inspection. BTW that seller is a very good seller, he gets lots of good giftsets, I bought my Abominus(super minty :p ) and Mensaor sets off him and both were mint :D

    I looked at some of the prices some figures sold off that other link...The Raiden set ranged quite dramatically. High end was over $2k and low end was over $400......The high end one that sold for $2025 has slightly more box wear than my box, BUT I payed half that price! Everything's unused too. I remember asking about Raiden's prices and people were making it sound that the price I purchased him at was 'normal', I doubt from the time I bought (1 year earlier), to this one that sold, a twofold price would occur........I guess it's a case of ya win some, you lose some :)

    I like the Takara Computron packaging better than the US one. More compact, has the retro flap on top, and the box art of Computron is better looking.

    Wow, you got a Raiden giftset for $1000k range? That's a great deal! Have you ever combined the trainbots into Raiden to see how it looks?

    Ye, once. It's imo one of the best combiners to be made. Really unique and quite complex combination when forming Raiden. I can only see it being matched by Liokaiser in terms of combining.

    I paid $1059 at the time because no one else bidded...Lucky me! Unused C8.5+ box, as minty as you can get toys and Untouched/sealed accessories/paperwork :)
