How much should I be paying for a G1 Six Shot D-98 Takara Reissue? I am looking to get MISB or MIB with stickers unapplied.

    Thanks.

Hi there, i guess you could search ebay for starters, or go to check out http://tf.shoppertron.com/ and start head hunting for it. Reasonably, a MIB or MISB Six Shot reissue should cost around no more than USD100-200, depending on how much cash you are willing to part with. Hope this helps, dude! :thumb

I've checked eBay ended auctions even before posting this, but there aren't too many to accurately reference from. Does a loose complete original vintage go for less?

Damn...the guns must be VERY hard to come by, since I got my original Sixshot at Botcon 2008 for only $27. Most of his chrome was still intact, too.

Wow! I paid about a third of that price two years ago. When did Sixshot get popular?

when i was at botcon back in may,one of the dealers offered me that sixshot reissue for 100 flat, but i dont know if that was because the convention was ending, and he wanted to unload it,or if that was what he was charging the whole time

    Ebay:
I got a loose, complete reissue for $120 shipped a few weeks ago. Had lost a few prior to that at around the same price. Though it seems like scalpers (read: PlayIdia) are charging $200 for him...

Here's a better question (not to hijack the thread): what should reissue Predaking be going for? I'm seeing him for $600+ on the 'bay!

I just picked up a mint complete reissue w/ box, all accesories and stickers applied for $110 shipped from a forum member 2 weeks ago.

I was going to pick up an original for the same price, but decided to go for the reissue to play it safe in obtaining one that's in mint condition since I'm really into my figures being close to mint as possible.

As for cost, the reissue ranges from $100 to $200 depending on if its loose complete (MIB) or MISB.

If your going to open and display it, go the cheap route and get a reissue that's loose but complete or get an original for the same amount of money.

This is exactly what collecting purpose I'm aiming for. I want to open and display it and have one in mint condition. Is the white plastic on the figure really bright white or is it a "cream" type of off-color white? I want to make sure that with opened examples, I'm not getting a yellowed or oxidized piece.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread. I appreciate all your insight!
